To better serve you it is important to understand our booking policies.

1. The initial one-on-one consultation is strongly advised.

2. After Hour Bookings'(AH) Payment is $50 non refundable prior to service.(for bookings after 6pm and weekends)

3. We reserve this time especially for you! Please give 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment so we may fit another client in.

4. We require the client to come hair ready, meaning hair shampooed, completely blow-dried (as straight as possible) or slightly flat ironed otherwise, you will be charged extra fees.

5. Hair not included but available for purchase.

6. If the client wants to use their own hair here are the brands we use: Cuban twist from equal (kinky hair), X-pression 3X pre-stretch 42, 52 inches, African collection expression braiding hair.

7. For any appointment after 5 pm, please book at least 24 hours before the appointment date.

8. Any service done by our professionals is non refundable.in case of any complaint within 24 hours after service completion we can reschedule another appointment to fix your complaint with no fee otherwise we will be charging certain fee. Any complaint after 72 hours wont be considered.

9. By booking you agree you have read and must follow the policies above.
